Capital Dental Network is a dental savings program and is not dental insurance.

Members are responsible for paying participating dental providers directly for all dental services received. Capital Dental Network does not pay claims or make payments to dental providers for services received by members. Members receive discounted fees from participating providers pursuant to provider’s contract agreement with Capital Dental Network.

Discounts vary by provider and dental service. General dentist fees are reduced to the negotiated set fee schedule and specialists are at a discount to charges.
