Join Capital Dental Network
Become a member and pay the low annual membership fee.
Find a participating dental provider
Use our Find a Dentist tool. Enter a ZIP Code to search near your home, workplace, or anywhere in the National Capital Region.
Schedule your appointment
Contact the participating dental provider’s office directly and schedule your visit.
Receive care and save immediately
Present your Capital Dental Network ID card, receive your dental services and pay the participating provider on the day of your visit. The provider applies the Capital Dental Network contracted fee schedule, so your savings are reflected immediately.
